Here's how it works:

• You keep full Team access through the end of your current billing period — nothing changes until then
• Your data is never deleted. All projects, files, and documentation stay safe in your account
• At the end of your billing period, your account moves to the Free plan. You'll have access to your 3 most recent projects, and the rest will be archived until you upgrade again

If you ever want to come back, just resubscribe and everything will be right where you left it.

Any project and Team you create during your trial will still be available in your account. You will not be able to create any new projects or edit existing projects.

• Admin, if you are admin of the project, you will have access to edit/delete/archive/set new admin.
• Member, if you are member of the project, you will have access to teams/projects with edit rights for the items of project. You will not be able to edit the project's own attributes.
• Viewer, if you are viewer of the project, you will have access to the project items to view and can be assigned tasks. You will not be able to edit anything.

Access is controlled by membership and permissions. Only invited users (and roles you assign) can view project content.
